Profile
Overview
Your profile, accessible via Bottom Left Corner > Profile Settings or Top Left Corner > Workspace Settings, is where you can customize how your team members view you in your workspaces.
Note: All settings in your profile are personal preferences that only affect your own experience, with the exception of your display name and profile picture which are visible to other team members. Changes you make to notification preferences, sidebar settings, or other configurations will not impact any other team member’s workspace experience.
Setting Profile Picture
By default, your avatar will be displayed as a gradient background with your initials. To upload a new image, click on the avatar, and a pop-up window will appear, allowing you to choose the desired photo.
After updating your avatar, you can delete it at any time by clicking the delete button below your profile picture.
Setting Name or Username
To update your name, click on your current name and enter a new one. This field is required, as it serves as your unique identifier within the workspace.
Managing Workspace Memberships
You can view and manage your workspace memberships from the profile settings. To leave a workspace, locate the workspace in your memberships list and click the “Leave Workspace” button. Note that you cannot leave a workspace if you are the only owner.
Requesting Profile Deletion
We’re sorry to see you considering leaving - we understand if we haven’t met your expectations. Before requesting deletion, please consider reaching out to us first - we’d love the opportunity to help address any concerns you might have.
If you still wish to proceed with deletion:
- Click the “Request Profile Deletion” button in your profile settings
- Your profile will be automatically deleted after 14 days of inactivity
- If you log in again during this period, your deletion request will be cancelled and you’ll regain full access to your account
Managing Sidebar Settings
As an Admin, you can customize your sidebar visibility to reduce clutter and focus on the sections most relevant to you. You can unpin and pin back the following sections:
- Customers
- Members
- Finance
To manage your sidebar settings:
- Navigate to Profile Settings
- Scroll to the “Sidebar Settings” section
- Toggle the visibility switch next to each section to unpin/pin it
- Unpinned sections will be hidden from your sidebar view
- You can restore any hidden section by returning to these settings and toggling it back on
Notification Preferences
You can customize how and when you receive notifications for various workspace activities. The following notification types are available:
Push Notifications
Toggle push notifications for:
- Task assignments
- Project assignments
- Team assignments
- Member invite acceptances
Email Notifications
Configure email alerts for:
- Task assignments
- Project assignments
- Team assignments
- Member invite acceptances
To manage your notifications:
- Go to Profile Settings
- Find the “Notification Preferences” section
- Use the toggle switches to enable/disable push and email notifications for each type
Note: We recommend keeping at least one form of notification (push or email) enabled for critical updates to ensure you don’t miss important assignments and team changes.
